About Pacific Brain & Spine Pacific Brain and Spine was first established in 1990 by Dr. Jeffrey Randall. As the East Bay area developed and
the need for additional quality neurosurgical care became evident, Dr. Randall began recruiting top-notch
neurosurgeons to join the team. Originally from California, Dr. Lawrence Dickinson sought to return to his
roots, and joined the practice in 1998. With the continued growth of the East Bay area, the need again
became apparent that additional quality care was needed, and Dr. Ronnie Mimran was recruited to join the
practice in 2005.
Pacific Brain and Spine is dedicated to providing East Bay Communities with exceptional-quality, comprehensive and coordinated
neurosurgical services. Through our affiliation with the East Bay Neuroscience Center (SEBNC) at Eden
Medical Center, we are able to offer our patients a team approach to brain and spine care. Our goal is to
maintain the highest quality of medical care through the use of ongoing education and training, and utilization
of the latest technologies and procedures available.
